Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged product
We will work with you to provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund as appropriate.
Missing Parts
If a set is missing a component, please contact us and we will provide replacement parts whenever possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after processing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
- Opened products showing significant use
- Products damaged through misuse
- Clearance or final-sale items, if applicable
