Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Most domestic orders within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If a package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
